The terms below set out our mutual understanding when you book a treatment with Gracious Contours. Please read them carefully — they form part of our agreement with you.
These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (our client) and Gracious Contours when you book and attend a treatment with us. By paying a deposit or attending an appointment, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.
If anything is unclear, please contact us before booking at hello@graciouscontours.co.uk or 07514 751180.

2. Bookings
All appointments are made by mutual agreement and are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed once:
- The required deposit has been received in cleared funds;
- You have completed and submitted the medical consultation form;
- We have reviewed your form and confirmed your appointment in writing.
Treatments are offered to clients aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested. We do not treat minors under any circumstances.
3. Payment
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. The deposit is deducted from the final treatment fee on the day of your visit.
Pay in full
You may choose to pay the full treatment fee at the time of booking. Payment in full is also subject to the cancellation policy set out below.
How we take payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see, store or have access to your full card details. The remaining balance, if any, is payable on the day of treatment by card or contactless payment.
Course packages and gift vouchers
Course packages are paid in full at the point of purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Cancellation, rescheduling and missed appointments
We understand that life occasionally intervenes. The following policy balances flexibility for our clients with respect for our practitioner's time. The full cancellation policy is also available on our Cancellation & Refund page.
More than 48 hours' notice
You may reschedule your appointment to another date free of charge. The deposit (or full payment) transfers to your new appointment, which must be taken within ninety (90) days of the original booking.
Less than 48 hours' notice
The deposit is forfeited in full and cannot be transferred to another booking. To rebook, a new deposit will be required. Where you have paid in full, the deposit portion is forfeited and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
No-shows
Where a client does not attend a confirmed appointment without notice, the full treatment fee becomes payable. Where the appointment was secured by deposit only, an invoice for the outstanding balance will be issued and is payable within fourteen (14) days.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your treatment may, at the practitioner's discretion, be shortened to fit the remaining time, or rescheduled. The full fee remains payable.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event we have to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the earliest convenient alternative or a full refund of any payment made. Our liability is limited to the value of the payment received.
5. Medical consultation and contraindications

Our treatments are non-invasive, supportive therapies. Results vary considerably between individuals and depend on lifestyle, hydration, hormonal status, age and consistency of treatment. While we are proud of the outcomes our clients achieve, no specific result, measurement or transformation is guaranteed.
Photographs displayed in our results gallery are unretouched and shared with each client's written permission. They are intended to demonstrate genuine outcomes — not to imply a similar result is assured for every client.
